We here at North Pole have always been big fans of Pop music. Michael Jackson in grade school, Madonna in junior high, Beastie Boys in High School, and so on and so forth. Our musical taste has gotten quite skewed along the way, thanks to punk, new wave, free jazz, hip hop, glitch, electronic, noise, and whatever else we could wrap our ears around, but the pop song has always held a special spot in our heart. We asked a bunch of bands on the label to contribute a song which they think is a "Pop" song from their band and this is what we ended up with. Artists from Berlin, Italy, Seattle, and Portland are on here giving us that, ooohhh and that aaahhhh, that we love so much. Enjoy
